Online Program Manager
Mississauga, ON

The Online Program Manager will be responsible for managing the development and success of online educational offerings.  This role is responsible for creating and implementing effective online marketing strategies which generate revenues from online offerings, as well as, designing programs that sell, and managing the development and production processes toward high quality educational outcomes.

The ideal candidate will be able to provide effective program design, from strategy to concept to execution. Candidates must have direct experience in instructional design and development of high quality online courses, preparation of communication material and campaigns, writing copy for marketing services, and online content. Must have strong business acumen, excellent communicator and business partner to effectively liaise with internal departments, advertisers and external vendors. Efficient budget management and timely handling of administrative functions related to all facets of program management.

This position reports to the Vice President, Marketing & Business Development and is based in our Mississauga head office.The following are the required qualifications for this position:
 
·       University or College Education with emphasis on online learning program design, (e-learning, instructional technologies, or educational technology), administration, and management
·       Strong experience in online course & seminar development including instructional design, with successful revenue generation track record
·       In-depth business understanding in online marketing including revenue models, social media, traffic generation, search engine optimization, CRM , online target marketing, as well as analyzing research and Google performance metrics
·       Extensive competency in Web/Online strategy, design and development
·       Ability to execute workflow design concepts from thumbnail to proof
·       Experience in managing online program administration, including managing budgets and revenue generation.

Other Skills Desired
·       Marketing and Creative strategy development and execution
·       Expertise in educational training video design and production
·       Experience in print media including planning, design and placement of advertisements
·       Copyright and proof reading experience
·       Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and working knowledge of desktop publishing software (Quark, InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator)

Lead Auditor, Ontario Operations

The Lead Auditor is responsible for leading and overseeing Management Systems Audits. The Lead Auditor assumes the role of the audit team leader as defined in ISO 19011.

This position reports to the Manager, Ontario Operations. The candidate will work out of their home office based in the Greater Toronto Area (GTA), servicing our clients in Ontario and the US.

The following qualifications are required:

 • Successful completion of an ISO accredited Lead Auditor course;
 • Lead Auditor Certification by a recognized institute such as IRCA or RAB an asset;
 • Must be able to qualify as Team Leader as defined by ISO 19011;
 • Solid Industrial background (preferably in the metal fabrication area);
 • Possess leadership and have excellent interpersonal and communication skills;
 • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications;
 • Demonstrated planning, organizing and follow-up skills;

 • Ability to work with minimal supervision, and meet appropriate deadlines;
 • Willingness to travel in designated territory, your own vehicle and a valid driver's license is mandatory.

CERTIFICATION SERVICES REPRESENTATIVE Central & Northern, Alberta

The Certification Services Representative position is responsible to certify and maintain welding certification program for clients and promote other CWB service line. This includes auditing of companies, procedure testing, and welder testing, visiting job sites, and liaising with building inspectors, engineers, and current and prospective clients.

This position reports to the Manager, Western Operations and will work out of their home office, servicing our clients in the Central & Northern, Alberta area.

The following qualifications are required:

• Level 2 Welding Inspector certification would be an asset
• 2-3 years experience in the Welding Fabrication, Inspection industry, or in Welding education
• Technical background and technical knowledge of the welding and joining industry
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Presentation skills
• Ability to work with minimal supervision
• Possess a valid driver's license, must be able to travel in territory, and own vehicle is necessary

Laboratory Technician - NDE Radiography

The Laboratory Technician-NDE Radiography is responsible for the radiography and mechanical testing service for the CWB Group. Duties include the operation of X-ray, film processing, milling machine and various cutting equipment as well as the evaluation of x-ray film and test specimens.

This position reports to the Manager, Client Services Department and will work out of our Milton office. The following are the qualifications for this position:

• Post secondary education
• Radiograph evaluation experience
• Practical welding experience.
• Must have and maintained national qualification as specified in CGSB system
• (CEDO or RT Level 1).
